  • Therapeutic Interventions focus on assisting families navigate conflict and facilitate change within the family dynamic. 

    Therapeutic Interventions can include: therapy for one parent, therapy for both parents, therapy with the child only, therapy with the entire family or parent-child reunification.  

PRACTICE NOTE 8 INTERVENTIONS

  • Comprehensive and objective parenting assessment of a family conducted when all other interventions have been unsuccessful. Parenting Experts assist the Court by giving opinion evidence on ultimate issues such as: parenting time, decision making, and parenting responsibilities
